As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I diagnose mental health conditions and provide medication management. I also incorporate therapeutic techniques into sessions, but I do not provide traditional ongoing weekly therapy.
For best outcomes, I recommend combining care with a licensed therapist alongside medication treatment, as this significantly improves outcomes and overall stability.
